The 2009 MHA Hospital Salary and Compensation Practices / Vacancy Rates Survey is confidential and developed for the internal use of the participating hospitals and health systems. Publication and/or distribution of all or any part of the survey by the hospital are prohibited without prior written approval from MHA. MHA reserves the sole right to use the aggregate information without identifying participating hospitals. The hospital and its health system agrees not to discuss the results of the survey with any other entity or other health care institution, and no agreements, direct or indirect should be entered into regarding the impact the survey results may have on compensation levels.
